KINGSTON Jamaica — A police sergeant was arrested and charged with three counts of forgery by members of the Anti-Corruption Branch today.

Forty-three year old Joscelyn Richards, who is assigned to the Traffic Headquarters, allegedly forged signatures on gas advance receipts from gas cards allotted to service-vehicles.

The sergeant was charged after a ruling by the Director of Public Prosecutions. He was granted bail at $350,000 and has to surrender his travel documents.
