Cops probe murder of 14-y-o girl in St James

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are reporting that an investigation has been opened into the death of 14-year-old Tianna Clarke, a student of Granville, St James whose body was found in a unfinished building at Brown's Lane, Granville in the parish yesterday.

Lawmen are reportedly seeking a man known only as 'Zoo Bug' of Brown's Lane in St James, who they believe can assist in the investigation surrounding Clarke's death.

Reports are that about 8:30 am, Clarke's body was seen and the police summoned. On their arrival her body was seen on the ground with wounds to the face. The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue.

'Zoo Bug' is being asked to report to the Granville Police Station and anyone knowing his whereabouts is being asked to contact the Granville Police 952-3337 or the nearest police station.
