Cops seek help identifying victim in fatal hit-and-run

ST ANDREW, Jamaica — The Constant Spring Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying an unidentified male, believed to be of unsound mind, who died from injuries he received when he was hit by a motor vehicle on Dunrobin Avenue, St Andew on January 21.

Reports are that about 12:00 am, it is alleged that the man attempted to cross the road and was hit by a motor car that did not stop.

He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Anyone who might be able to assist the police in identifying the body are being asked to contact the Constant Spring Police at 924-1421, police emergency 119 or the nearest police station.
