KINGSTON, Jamaica — Residents in sections of the Corporate Area will be without water tonight and most of tomorrow.

Supply will be interrupted from nine o’clock tonight Tuesday, January 22 to 4:00am tomorrow, January 23 as repairs are done on the National Water Commission (NWC) Constant Spring plant.

Water supply will again be cut between 9:00am and 7:00pm Wednesday as the Jamaica Public Service (JPS) does work on a defective turbine at its hydro plant.

Affected areas include Constant Spring, Norbrook, Cherry Gardens, Havendale, Half Way Tree, Lady Musgrave, sections of Liguanea, Manor Park, Shortwood Road and all roads leading off, Graham Heights, Aylsham, Allerdyce, Acadia, White Hall Gardens, Belgrade, Kingswood, Riva Ridge, Eastwood Park Gardens, Hughenden, Stillwell Road, Grants Pen and surrounding areas.

The NWC is advising customers to store water for use during the period of disruption.
