KINGSTON, Jamaica — Romario Brown, the man accused of fatally stabbing fashion designer Dexter Pottinger, was this morning remanded in custody until November 9.

When the case was mentioned in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court, Judge Simone Wolfe Reece was informed that the post mortem was outstanding.

She was also told that the police was opposing bail while his attorney, Sasha Gaye Shaw, requested disclosure.

In the meantime, Brown pleaded not guilty to possession of offensive weapons following allegations that he was found with two knives on August 29.

That case will also be mentioned on November 9.
