Drought affecting Hanover water supply

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Drought conditions are affecting the water supply of Hanover customers, the National Water Commission (NWC) has reported.
The affected customers are served by the Kendal Pumping Station and Logwood Treatment Plant in the parish.
Among the affected are those in Westland Mountain, West End, Orange Hill, Mt. Airy, Good Hope, New Hope, Nompriel, Kingsvale, Pell River, Cauldwell, Archwell, Cave Valley, Cove, Friendship, Green River, Cessnock, Lower and Upper Rock Spring, Kendal Top and Grange.
Water will continue to be trucked to those communities, the NWC said.
