Fallen power line diverting traffic on Orange Street, downtown Kingston

KINGSTON, Jamaica–The Police are this morning urging motorists to avoid the intersection of Orange Street and Tower Street in downtown, Kingston as a Jamaica Public Service power line has fallen in the road.

Motorists are being asked to use alternative routes such as Duke Street, West Street and King Street as repairs are being carried out. The public will be updated once repairs have concluded the police said.
