Farmer chopped dead

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A 54-year-old farmer was chopped to death in Bamboo District St Catherine, yesterday.

Dead is Winston Lewis who is from the area.

According to reports, Lewis and his brother had an ongoing dispute over ownership of a house and land. Family members said the dispute got physical.

They reported that they stumbled on Lewis’ body with several chop wounds and alerted the police. Police is seeking his brother for questioning.
