Female security guard stabbed to death in Tivoli

KINGSTON, Jamaica — A female security guard was last night stabbed to death while working on McKenzie Drive in Tivoli Gardens, according to the Denham Town police.

She is 43-year-old Dianne Seville of a Spanish Town, St Catherine address.

According to the constabulary's Corporate Communications Unit (CCU), a colleague reportedly discovered Seville lying motionless on the ground about 7:50 pm and summoned the police.

The lawmen said she was found suffering from multiple stab wounds.

She was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
