Fire at Montego Bay Freezone

MONTEGO BAY, St James - Police report that about 9:30am an air conditioning unit caught fire at building one of Freezone Montego Bay.

There were no injuries during the incident and no damage to any property was reported. Persons occupying the building at the time of the fire were asked to evacuate for safety reasons but all seemed to be normal when the Jamaica Observer arrived on the scene.

The cause of the blaze is unknown
