Italian cancer patient dies in guest house

WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — Fifty-two-year-old Italian teacher Rossella Mazzoli, a cancer patient who was staying at a guest house in Negril, Westmoreland, died yesterday.

The Negril police report that about 4:00 am, Mazzoli, whose cancer was in the advanced stages, woke up complaining of chest pains and difficulty breathing. She died while waiting to be transported to hospital. 

Investigations continue.
