ST GEORGE ‘S, Grenada —Jamaica's senior footballers led Grenada 2-0 at half time in their friendly international here inside the Kirani James Athletics Stadium.

Debutant Daniel Green from Harbour View FC put the visitors ahead on 12 minutes when he latched on to a sweetly timed through pass to slot past goalkeeper Jason Belfon for his first international goal.

Eight minutes later another Harbour View man, Peter-Lee Vassell added to the score when collected a through pass from Alex Marshall to fire home.

The Jamaicans are in the Eastern Caribbean for a two-game friendly international tour as they prepare for the start of next month's CONCACAF Nations League. They play against Barbados next Monday.
