KINGSTON, Jamaica - Jamaican entertainer Lady G is breathing some measure of relief after her stolen handbag with valuables was returned on Monday.

The bag contained her driver's licence, ATM and credit cards. Other items, including three thumb drives which contained unreleased tracks, were also in the bag. The entertainer got back all her valuables except the thumb drives.

Lady G's handbag was stolen after thieves broke the pivot glass of her vehicle at the Portmore Pines Plaza in Portmore two weeks ago.

Despite the loss of the thumb drives Lady G said she was thankful for the return of the stolen handbag. "They were laying pipes at a section of the I-95 [roadway] in Greater Portmore and one of the workers found the bag and returned it. I am very grateful for the gesture", the entertainer said.
