HANOVER, Jamaica— The police are probing the circumstances surrounding the death of a motorcyclist in Logwood, Hanover on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old farmer Micky Nasmyth of the said district.

According to the Corporate Communications Unit (CCU), Nasmyth was travelling on his motorcycle with a pillion rider along the Logwood main road about 10:30 pm, when it is said that a motor vehicle drove into his path.

This reportedly caused him to lose control of his motorcycle and crash.
