NHT breaks ground for housing scheme in St Elizabeth

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Prime Minister Andrew Holness is scheduled to break ground tomorrow for the National Housing Trust (NHT) construction on Phase I of the Friendship Oaks Housing Development in St Elizabeth.

The development is located approximately 7.15 miles south-east of Santa Cruz, at Goshen in the parish, with the ground-breaking planned for 1:00 pm..

Friendship Oaks construction will span two phases, the NHT said in its advisory. The first phase will include 229 serviced lots with 4.8 hectares of land allotted for commercial use.
