The police have reported the seizure of two firearms in Kingston over the weekend. Reports from the Half-Way-Tree police are that a 9mm pistol with a magazine containing 14 rounds was seized on Beechwood Avenue in Cross Roads on Saturday. Full story here

Two men have been arrested following the seizure of 261 pounds of cocaine, with an estimated value of over $150 million, during an operation on Bay Farm Road in St Andrew, yesterday, the police say. Full story here

9. Ministry seeks help locating family members of J'can hospitalised in NY

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade is seeking the public's assistance in locating the family of 69-year-old Keith Ranstan Porter, who they said is hospitalised in New York. Full story here
