PNP crowd on their best behaviour

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The police are reporting an incident-free People's National Party(PNP) conference so far.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Leon Rose told the Jamaica Observer that there have been no reports of incidents and that “by and large, the crowd has been very disciplined.”
“I haven’t had any incidents. It has been relatively calm and peaceful,” Rose said.
He said as far as he’s aware, no offensive weapons have been seized.
However, he said the police will remain vigilant.
Party leader Portia Simpson Miller is expected to make the keynote presentation at the public session of the 74th Annual Conference, on at the National Arena.
