JAMAICA Labour Party candidate for East Portland Patrick Lee, cast his vote at 7:50 am at the Hill Preparatory School in Port Antonio.

Lee says the process was smooth but he thinks he waited a bit too long in the line.

He said his party machinery had some glitches this morning with papers, transportation as some workers were out late.

Rain pelted the parish this morning when most workers would be heading out to vote or go to work between 6:00 to 6:45 am.
