Pedestrian killed in car accident

FIFTY-YEAR-OLD Ceford Rose, a labourer of Penwood Road, Kingston 11, died as a result of injuries he received when he was hit by a motor car along Spanish Town Road, Kingston 11 yesterday morning.

Reports from the Hunts Bay Police are that about 12:15 am, the man was walking along the roadway when he was hit by a Honda motor car. The police were called and the injured man was taken to hospital where he died.

The driver of the motor car has since been warned for prosecution.
