Petrojam announces gas price increase

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Petrojam today announced another increase in the ex-refinery prices of most fuels.

The price of 87 and 90-octane gasoline have increased by 47 cents and will now be sold for $105.52 and $107.17 per litre respectively.

Automotive diesel oil has been increased by $1.51. It will now be sold for $106.18 per litre.

Kerosene oil has gone up by 77 cents and will be sold for $108.17 per litre.

The price of Butane liquid petroleum gas has increased by $2.89, it will now be sold for $50.49 per litre, while Propane liquid petroleum has been decreased by 39 cents and it will now be sold for $35.64 per5 litre.

Marketing companies and retailers will add their mark up.
