Police seize firearm, arrest one man in Kgn 11

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Hunts Bay police have seized a 9mm pistol and several rounds of ammunition and arrested a man at Dilston Avenue in Waterhouse, Kingston 11.

Police reports are that about 7:45 pm a team of officers was on patrol in the area when the man was accosted and searched. A Browning 9mm pistol loaded with a magazine containing ten 9mm rounds was taken from him.

He was subsequently arrested. 

His identity is being withheld pending further investigations
