Policeman killed in motor vehicle crash

MANCHESTER, Jamaica -- Twenty- four-year-old Police Constable Christopher Foster of Kingsland district, Manchester, who was attached to the Clarendon Division, died as a result of injuries he received in a motor vehicle crash today Thursday, March 27.

Reports from the Mandeville Police are that Foster was traveling along the Kingsland main road about 9:00 am when he lost control of his motor vehicle and crashed into a trailer truck that was parked along the side of the road. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
