Power cut Sunday to facilitate road works

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) says that there will be electricity service disruptions in the Constant Spring Road area of St Andrew on Sunday, July 22 between the hours of 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

JPS in an advisory Friday, said that outage is to facilitate the ongoing road widening exercise along Constant Spring Road.

During the period, teams will be relocating several poles along the Constant Spring Road, between Shortwood Road and Dunrobin Avenue.

Areas that will be affected include: Central Avenue, Spring Way, Coopers Drive, Brynmawr Avenue, Retreat Avenue, Goodwood Terrace, Midland Drive, Retreat Drive, Jones Lane and all roads leading off.
