DRAX HALL, St Ann - Highgate held high riding Cavalier to a goalless draw at Drax Hall in their Red Strike Premier League game Sunday afternoon. Despite the draw Cavalier advance to the end of round final.

Both teams had opportunities to go ahead but failed to capitalise in the first half. Highgate could have taken the lead through Devontae Francis from a Severo Murphy pass but fired over the crossbar. And Cavalier’s Fabian Nethersole on two occasions failed to convert, also booting the ball over the cross bar.

Highgate through Carlos Barrett and Richard Allison also failed to score as the half ended goalless.

The second half saw both teams going for the clincher but again poor finishing let them down.
