ST ANDREW, Jamaica — Beenie Man's unplugged performance billed Live At The Devon at Reggae Mill Bar in Devon House, St Andrew, this evening has been cancelled due to the inclement weather.
The show was slated for a 9:00 pm start.

When OBSERVER ONLINE contacted Alexx Antaeus, co-organiser of the event, a short while ago he said he had no choice but to postpone Beenie Man's performance because of the rain.

“We're, however, thinking of doing it next Thursday,” Antaeus noted.

The event, first in a new series of live stagings organised by Willcom Creative and SMA Talent Jamaica, will give music lovers a chance to enjoy some of their favourite artistes like never before.
Beenie Man (given name Moses Davis) won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2001 for Art and Life, distributed by Virgin.

His tracks include Romie, Who Am I, Girls Dem Sugar, and Dude featuring Ms Thing.
