PHOTO: Rio Grande Valley residents stage peaceful demonstration over bad roads

A handful of residents from the Rio Grande Valley in Portland staged a peaceful demonstration in front of Member of Parliament Dr Lynvale Bloomfield’s office at Folly Road this morning.
The residents said they were upset about the poor condition of the road leading into the valley.
