Security guard charged with murder of Haile Clacken

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica – The St Elizabeth police are reporting that the security guard implicated in the shooting death of Haile Clacken at Junction in the parish on June 23 has been formally charged.

He has been identified as 38-year-old Shawn Cole of a Manchester address. He has been charged with murder.

Cole is scheduled to appear in the St Elizabeth Parish Court on Thursday.

Clacken was reportedly shot dead after allegedly attacking a team of security guards about 6:20 pm, on Cheapside main road in the parish.
