WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — The Bethel Town police in Westmoreland are probing the circumstances surrounding the death of a 44-year-old woman, who was allegedly stabbed to death and her throat slashed by her teenage son last night.

The dead woman has been identified as Grace McDonald, a farmer of Berkshire in Bethel Town.
