Traffic changes for Champs

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Several traffic changes will be made in the vicinity of the National Stadium in Kingston on Friday and Saturday to facilitate the ongoing athletics Championships.
The changes will take effect at 1:00pm Friday, March 15th.
Arthur Wint Drive
During the event, motorists travelling along Arthur Wint Drive will be asked to travel one-way from Tom Redcam Avenue to Statue Road. After the event, motorists should travel one-way westerly, to Tom Redcam Avenue.
Also, during the event, traffic from Mountain View Avenue to Statue Road will be one-way. Once the event has ended, motorists are being asked to travel one-way from Statue Road to Mountain View Avenue.
Herb McKinley Drive
Traffic flow will remain two-way along Herb McKinley Drive before and during the event. However, after the event, motorists are being advised to travel one-way northerly to Stanton Crescent.
Motorists are also being urged to follow the directive of police who will be working to facilitate a smooth traffic flow.
