KINGSTON, Jamaica — Reports reaching OBSERVER ONLINE a short while ago are that the main suspect in the murder of fashion designer Dexter Pottinger is to be charged.

Police confirmed today that a man had been taken into custody in relation to the murder of Pottinger at his St Andrew home.

Pottinger's decomposing body was discovered at his home Thursday afternoon and his missing Honda CRV motor vehicle found miles away in Stony Hill later that evening.

Family and friends of the make-up artist and former model, who visited the scene Friday evening, were overheard saying that Pottinger's two iPhones were also missing from the house.
