Unidentified body found in Meadowbrook Estate

ST ANDREW, Jamaica — The St Andrew South Police Division are probing the circumstances surrounding the stabbing death of a man, whose body was found on the compound of the Meadowbrook Estate Community Centre in the parish this morning.

The body is of brown complexion, slim build, about 5 feet 8 inches long, was clad in multi-coloured underpants and covered with debris.

Reports from the Hunts Bay police are that passers-by saw the body about 6:10 am and alerted them.

Investigators are now asking anyone with information in identifying the body to contact the Hunts Bay police at 876-923-7111, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
