Water woes in St Ann

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Water is being trucked to the St Ann’s Bay Hospital and other areas in St Ann due to mechanical challenges at a National Water Commission (NWC) system.
Affected areas, served by the Seville number one system include Seville, Top Seville, Priory, Farmer’s Heights, sections of Hartland, New Seville, Housing Scheme, Farmer’s Scheme and Red Ground.
The NWC says it is also trucking water to those areas, adding that attempts are being made to restore supply by tomorrow, February 28.
