Windies 30-2 requiring 444 to beat New Zealand

HAMILTON, New Zealand (AFP) — The West Indies were 30 for two in their second innings facing a target of 444 at stumps on day three of the second Test against New Zealand in Hamilton on Monday.

Trent Boult took the wicket of Kieran Powell with his third ball after starting the innings sitting on a hat-trick.

Tim Southee claimed Shimron Hetmyer for 15.

New Zealand declared their second innings at 291 for eight, with Ross Taylor not out 107.
