Doha 2019: No medal for Natoya Goule in 800m

DOHA, Qatar — Natoya Goule finished outside the medal standings in the Women's 800m at the 2019 IAAF World Championships in Doha, Qatar.

Gold went to Halimah Nakaayi of Uganda, who outsprinted the USA's Ajee' Wilson over the final 100 metres to win in a Ugandan record 1:58.04.

Rayven Rogers, also of the USA, bagged silver with Wilson collecting bronze.

Goule, who completed the race in 2:00.11 for sixth, said she will lodge a protest against the winner who impeded her for the second race running.
