Doha 2019: O'Dayne Richards misses out on shot put final

DOHA, Qatar — O'Dayne Richards will not advance to the shot put finals at the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.

With a best throw of 20.07 metres, the 2015 bronze medallist missed the 20.90m required to secure an automatic spot.

Richards finished 22nd overall. All 12 qualifiers went beyond the qualifying mark.
