Dear Editor,

The huge US Democratic Party presidential primary field of 29 is now down to 15.

Kamala Harris, a so-called top-tier candidate, has ended her campaign for the Democratic presidential nominee.

She's blaming money and sexism but she isn't blaming herself for just being fake. When she kicked off her campaign in January of this year she had arguably the largest crowd.

However, the Jamaican- American, with the assistance of the mainstream media, just couldn't reach black Americans.

She's a known flip-flopper who threw a lot of blacks in prison. She tried to attack Joe Biden in a debate and rose in the polls, yet the black community wasn't feeling her; they stuck with Joe Biden.

Senator Harris was just a horrible candidate with no serious message and position. She started out in the moderate lane, then in the far left lane, then back to moderate lane; she seems a confused lady.

Her favourite slogan, 'Let's speak truth' never worked for her.

May God go with the many Jamaicans who had hopes in her because of her Jamaican connection, even though she recognised India more than Jamaica.
