Letters to the Editor

It gets better each time at Sandals

Wednesday, October 31, 2012

Dear Editor,

This is an open letter to the chairman of Sandals International Resorts, Gordon 'Butch' Stewart.

Dear Mr Stewart,

After 46 trips it was bound to happen. We were at Sandals Montego Bay during a hurricane. We want to commend Josef and his staff for doing an excellent job preparing for the hurricane and ensuring the safety and comfort of all the guests under difficult conditions.

We would also like to thank you for the one-night credit we received.

It was very nice of you. We are very impressed with the way you are constantly improving the property and the concern you show for your guests. We have been going to Sandals for 30 years and it gets better each time. We sent both our children to Sandals for their honeymoon and now they are taking their children to Beaches.
