Letters to the Editor
Show the evidence, Dick Pound!
Tuesday, August 14, 2012
Dear Editor,
Jamaica should spare no effort in getting Dick Pound to provide supporting evidence to justify his news conference comments about challenges faced by officials attempting to test Jamaican athletes.
What is the incidence of Jamaican athletes not being available for out-of-competition testing? Is the online whereabouts monitoring system being applied to Jamaican athletes? Should JADCO and the JAAA collate data to indicate how many times Jamaican athletes have been tested over the past four years and especially during the last 12 -18 months? This should not simply be ignored.
