Treat rapists like the Swiss

Friday, October 19, 2012

Dear Editor,

The Swiss treat their convicted rapists in a manner which we should emulate. They are sentenced for a period which is at the discretion of the president.

The first year is spent in prison in the psychiatric unit,

after which they have the choice of undergoing castration and freedom or incarceration forever.
