Dear Editor,

This is an open letter to cable provider Logic One:

 

Customers to your less than adequate service have, over the past six to seven weeks, been suffering with garbled channels.

Type of package notwithstanding, no channel is exempt. Of course, we won't be credited for the disruption to our services.

To add to our misery, no one answers any of your four listed phone numbers.

Currently you offer far from logic(cal) service.

Can the Fair Trading Commission come to our assistance?
