Sunday Observer's Tell Claudienne gets the job done

Dear Editor,

The TellClaudiennecolumn is one of the reasons I regularly purchase the Sunday Observer.

I had a problem with an insurance company and was going nowhere in terms of a solution. She intervened on my behalf by going the extra mile. She made several calls to my phone, which had been dropping calls. Still she made repeated calls and left a voicemail from which I was able to get in contact with her. She was not angry with me for not answering the phone, she was rather very calm and professional. Now I see a light at the end of the tunnel with my challenging situation.

She is, indeed, a hard worker and I'm impressed with her as she gets the work done successfully.
