Dear Editor,

Prime Minister Andrew Holness, you are our last hope.

The people who reside off Washington Boulevard are in dire need of street lights. This is one of the most used roads in the Corporate Area and this road has no lights; total darkness.

Sir, this is a long-standing problem that we have endured for years now and we are begging you to help.

Several pleas have been made to the councillor, the Member of Parliament, Jamaica Public Service; letters have been sent to the editor. We even tried to get a TV crew to do a story on the issue, but nothing has happened and we are still left in the dark.

We are tired of the vehicular crashes and we are tired of being plagued by thieves.

So, Sir, we are begging for some street lights from Dunrobin Avenue to Washington Boulevard.

Leroy Brown
