‘FAVOURITE SPOT’ Wyndham Kingston Hotel
Sunday, September 16, 2012
Dr Jair Lyons, physical therapist, is well versed in clinical sports medicine and physical therapy, and can often be seen taking clients through workouts at the gym.
He's also a connoisseur of fine coffee and enjoys his daily intake of Jamaica's best at his "Favourite Spot", the Wyndham Kingston's Cafecino.
Black coffee is Lyons' first choice, but he also gives the thumbs up to their signature cold coffee drink -- a secret recipe developed right at Cafecino. After a workout, the toasted ham and cheese sandwich or the cinnamon bun may get his nod. Not everyday, of course, as he quips with a laugh: "It won't look good to be working out everyday and eating bun every time."
