Senior manager, Markets at Mayberry Investments Limited, Nalini Banhan knows that every waking moment is critical in the fast-paced world of finance.
Her morning starts early with a cup of coffee at her "favourite spot" - the Wyndham Kingston Hotel's Cafecino.
Banhan says she tries to have breakfast at home each morning but stops by Cafecino en route to work for "the best coffee in town". As she freely admits, "my coffee doesn't taste like this".
Banhan also favours the fruit plate at Cafecino, and she "occasionally enjoys a slice of the strawberry cheesecake, the jerked chicken or the toasted ham and cheese sandwich".
Any of these, she says, can make for "the perfect start" to any day.
