The Kingston Six in Motion running club paid tribute to Salut! Cater-In Week last Friday, with a grilled-themed dinner hosted at the upper St Andrew home of club members, businessman Paul Smith and his wife Marie. Decorator Melanie Miller lit up the outdoor event with hundreds of high-wattage bulbs. Meanwhile, the buffet-style fare, catered by G's BBQ Director Gariel Ferguson, featured grilled lobster tail glazed with basil and cilantro butter, cedar plank grilled fish fillet with roasted tomatoes, tamarind-glazed chicken skewers and wood-smoked cumin barbecue riblet.
