Celine Dion is showing off her huge baby bump for the first time after dismissing reports of pregnancy complications.

The 42-year-old singer, who is thought to be six months pregnant with twin boys, posed on the cover of Canadian magazine 7 Jours with husband René Angelil and their nine-year-old son René-Charles.

Wearing a green maxi dress, Celine showed she definitely had that pregnancy glow, smiling widely as she posed alongside her family.

Celine and husband René Angelil were quick to deny rumours that the My Heart Will Go On singer had been rushed to hospital earlier this month with complications.

A representative for the star said: "She's never been in the hospital — her pregnancy continues to be healthy and she feels fantastic."

As with most women expecting multiples, her doctor wants her to stay off her feet as much as possible as she finishes her pregnancy.

"They've gotten calls from friends worried that something is wrong. To be so happy and then to get these calls, it's been upsetting for them when they are in such a good place."

Celine fell pregnant following her sixth in-vitro fertilisation attempt, previously she had turned to acupuncture to improve her chances of conceiving.

And the singer said recently that her pregnancy has been pretty normal so far.

She explained: "The first two months I really felt the classical symptoms -- the morning sickness, hot flashes, nausea. In a certain way, that reassured me, like a sign that my pregnancy was progressing. Now, everything is falling into place. I have a little belly."

It was reported Celine was pregnant last August, but her spokeperson confirmed in November 2009 that the pregnancy had failed.

The My Heart Will Go On singer has never made a secret of her desire to extend her family, and was always planning to fall pregnant following her run of shows in Las Vegas last year.

But René's battle with cancer cast doubt over whether the couple would have more children of their own. Despite the upcoming birth, Celine is still scheduled to return to the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in 2011.

She'll perform a series of concerts there over the next three years.

'I am in love!': Kat Von D gushes over Sandra Bullock's ex Jesse James

After being spotted holding hands earlier in the week, Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James and girlfriend Kat Von D have made their first public appearance as a couple.

The pair stepped out together at the launch of Von D's Wonderland gallery opening in West Hollywood on Thursday night, and made no attempt to hide their fledgling romance.

The LA Ink star was even wearing some bling on her ring finger.

"Jesse is only my ninth boyfriend. I don't hang out with anybody unless I am in love," the LA Ink star told People magazine.

When then asked if she thought James, 41, was 'The One', Von D replied, "I believe he is, so yeah."

Sandra Bullock and James' divorce was finalised in June after James was implicated in seven extramarital affairs, but Von D, a long-time friend of James, claims she is not worried about his track record.

"I stayed away from that as much as possible, and when we connected recently, it was such a positive thing," Von D, 28, told People. "It was just like, 'Wow, I can't believe I haven't spent this much time with you the entire time I've known you.' Now I'm just embracing it and enjoying it."

Preparing for battle: Rihanna goes naval for movie role

She's clearly a woman of many talents.

Fresh from her hit Last Girl on Earth tour and a sixth number one US single, Rihanna is now turning her hand to acting in her first big movie role.

And the 22-year-old looked almost unrecognisable on the Hawaiian set of her new film Battleship.

Decked out in camouflage trousers, black boots, baseball cap and black T-shirt, the singer's hair was also cropped shorter, and is back to its usual shade of brown.

Rihanna, who plays a naval officer in the upcoming movie, has been sporting bright red hair in recent months.

She also showed off a multitude of tattoos on both arms, and at one point did not appear too happy to spot a photographer on the scene.

Battleship, loosely based on the popular board game, follows an international fleet coming together to save earth from alien invaders.

It also stars True Blood actor Alexander Skarsgård and Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch as fellow naval officers along with model Brooklyn Decker.

It is slated for release in 2012.
