Justin Bieber cracks a rare smile as he prepares to take a spin in luxury sports car
Justin Bieber treated photographers to an increasingly rare smile last week, and little wonder - he was about to take his gleaming baby blue Ferarri for a spin around Los Angeles.
Dressed in a baggy white vest that showed off his growing collection of tattoos, the 19-year-old singer appeared to be in high spirits as he sauntered towards the eye-catching sports car with his close pal, rapper Lil Za.
Indeed, Justin sported a wide grin as he opened the driver's door and slid inside for another day of showboating around Southern California.
The young star was previously spotted taking the $400,000 sports car out for a drive last Monday - when he picked up young model Ashley Moore for a lunch date at swish Beverly Hills restaurant Bouchon.
'All eyes were on Bieber and his girl - the two caused quite a stir when they walked into the restaurant,' a photographer later told X17.
Justin was also seen handing cash to a homeless woman while idling at traffic lights - a stark contrast to recent images in which he appears to be spitting on his own fans from a Toronto balcony.
The Ferrari is just the latest in a string of luxury vehicles Justin has either purchased or been treated to since finding fame in 2008 - the first of which was the brand new Range Rover his friend and mentor Usher bought him for his 16th birthday.

Nicki Minaj reveals first glimpse of her futuristic print Kmart collection - but can anyone other than her ACTUALLY pull it off?
Nicki Minaj has offered a sneak peek at her forthcoming clothing line for Kmart.
The 30-year-old rapper posted three pictures on Instagram of herself wearing looks from the collection, including a colourful galaxy print zipper sweater, a skintight long-sleeved dress and a polka-dotted crop top and leggings ensemble.
While the Trinidad-born star said in June that the line is geared towards 'women in general', it's hard to imagine anyone but Nicki herself donning the garish getups.
The collection, which is set to hit stores this fall, has Nicki Minaj's personal style written all over it - from the shrunken down tracksuit to the printed leggings.
Alongside a snap of her wearing a form-fitting dress from the line, the singer wrote: 'One of my dresses. Hugs you in all the right places.'

Amanda Bynes transfers to UCLA Medical Centre to receive further psychiatric treatment at request of her mother Lynn
Amanda Bynes has been transferred to the UCLA Medical Centre to receive further treatment for her mental illness.
The 27-year-old actress emerged from her current facility in California wrapped in a white sheet and wearing a bright blue wig last Thursday.
The move comes at the request of her mother Lynn who was recently granted temporary conservatorship over her daughter.
Lynn wanted the best possible care for Amanda, according to TMZ who reported that the UCLA apparently has one of the best psychiatric facilities in the country.
TMZ has reported that Amanda has shown signs of schizophrenia, but doctors continue to evaluate her condition.
Amanda is said to be making 'significant improvements' after showing emotion whilst put under psychiatric hold, according to FOX411.
Earlier this month, a Californian judge granted permission to extend the former child star's psychiatric hold for a further 30 days.
A source told Fox News that Amanda, 27, is showing signs of progress: 'There are no drug problems involved, it's all mental,' they said.
'She has a deep anger and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) which tripped a psychotic episode. Amanda genuinely wants to get better and has wanted to get better for some time.'
According to TMZ, the actress further showed positive signs after crying over missing the court date in which her mother was awarded the conservatorship.
The website reports that doctors - who have reportedly been treating Amanda for schizophrenia - see her tears as an example of the actress being able to form clear thoughts.
Doctors at the previous psychiatric hospital treating Amanda asked a judge to extend her stay for another month, adding on to the 17 days she has already spent at the facility
