"I will never get a facelift!" Kim Kardashian
People Post
Tuesday, March 12, 2013
It might look like a scene from horror movie Carrie. But this is the moment Kim Kardashian gets a blood facial on Sunday's episode of her reality show Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. The star was seen trying out the latest beauty technique.
"I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," she said. A large needle drew blood from her arm before the sample was spun in a machine to remove the platelets. The blood was then splattered into Kim's face using nine tiny little acupuncture-style needles. But first she had to slap on some numbing cream in a bid to ease the pain. The results left her looking like she had been in the classic horror flick or a car crash, with blood spots all over her face. The treatment is so-called because it uses the patient's own blood to make improvements to the skin. The plasma from the blood is then extracted and used in the non-invasive procedure, with the aim of rejuvenating the skin.

Sam Branson weds Isabella Calthorpe in front of royal guests
It is normally the bride that takes centre stage in a lovely all white ensemble. But when you're a Branson, and the location is a South African game reserve, a little role reversal is perhaps expected. Their nuptials had already been dubbed "the nearly Royal wedding", and these are the first pictures of Sir Richard Branson's son Sam and his actress wife Isabella Calthorpe's romantic extravaganza. Guests including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Isabella's youngest sister Cressida Bonas, who is Prince Harry's latest squeeze, and TV presenter Professor Brian Cox enjoyed five sun-kissed days of celebration. Glamorous Isabella (whose full maiden name is Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe) is the society blonde who turned down Prince William, while 27-year-old Sam is heir to the £3.4billion Virgin fortune. Clearly no expense was spared; the location of their vows was beneath a sacred tree on a hill overlooking Sir Richard's private game reserve Ulusaba, on the edge of the Kruger National park.

"We're just eating ice cream on the couch!" Ben Affleck
His hard work paid off when he won the Best Picture Oscar for his film Argo in February. And it appears Ben Affleck has since been basking in the afterglow of his win with his wife Jennifer Garner.
"It's been a really nice time to hang out with my wife and that sort of thing, so we're just enjoying it,'" said the 40-year-old actor at the John Varvatos 10th Annual Stuart House Benefit on Sunday in Los Angeles. The father of three, who was an honorary co-chair of the fundraiser with his 40-year-old wife, said he's taken some time off to let the achievement of winning Hollywood's most coveted award sink in. "I've been able to really just enjoy my good fortune in the last couple of weeks and sit back and kind of just take it in and not do anything, just eat ice cream on the couch," he told EOnline.
Following the hectic awards season, the actor said he relished having the chance to show his more altruistic side in support of Stuart House's Rape Treatment Center.
Ben credited his "great" wife for telling him about Stuart House and getting him involved in the organisation initially.
"That really stuck with me and I wanted to support it. Particularly, because these kind of causes are thought of largely as women's issues, said the Argo director and producer. "And violence, sexual or otherwise, against our fellow human beings is a crime against all of us," he added.
