The Formula One racing driver decided to let Swiss Beatz use his flashy McLaren MP4-12C sports car in his latest music video in Cannes last Tuesday.However, rather than let the U.S. star get behind the wheel, 27-year-old Lewis stayed put in the driver's seat and chaperoned his new friend around the French town. The pair obviously attracted a lot of attention as they cruised in the sleek red car in the sunshine. Lewis didn't appear to be fazed by the crowds as he drove down the street and looked rather cool, calm and collected in a denim shirt, dark sunglasses and a bright blue Reebok cap. Earlier on in the day, Hamilton had tweeted several photos of the vehicle, with the caption: "Just got to canne to catch up wit my man @THEREALSWIZZZ he loves my mclaren." However, Swizz Beatz isn't the only music star that Hamilton has been hanging out with while in Cannes. The Stevenage-born racer, who is currently in a relationship with Nicole Scherzinger, also tweeted personal snaps of himself with Chris Brown and Ludacris. Hamilton hinted that he is starring in Swizz Beatz' latest music video after he posted a photo of them in a studio with the following caption: "In Cannes wit my main man @therealswizzz on the film set to "everyday is your birthday" amazing experience!"

The 31-year-old reality star, who came under fire for ending her marriage to former husband Kris Humphries after just 72 days, is apparently very close to receiving a proposal. The rapper is said to be currently designing a ring for his ladylove, according to radaronline.com. The Gold Digger hitmaker has reportedly asked a private jeweller to craft a piece for his girlfriend using diamonds and rubies from his late mother Donda's personal collection as he wants to propose when her divorce to Humphries is finalised. A source said: "Kanye picked out some of Donda's most expensive pieces, including some diamond earrings and a ruby ring."

He then gave them to a private jeweller friend to make Kim a one-of-a-kind engagement ring. Donda was such an important person in Kanye's life, he thought the world of her and was devastated when she died. "So, he kept all her jewellery as keepsakes — a lot of the pieces were items he bought over the years after he made it as a hip-hop star. And now, Kanye has found a woman he respects and loves just as much as his mom, so he wants to share her jewellery collection with Kim." Kanye wants to marry Kim in either Chicago, where he was raised, or Oklahoma, where Donda is buried. The source added to radaronline.com: "Kanye is an emotional character and has earmarked Chicago or Oklahoma as the two places he'd love to wed Kim." However, friends have advised the rapper against the gesture as he would struggle to get the precious jewels back if he and Kim were to split. The source explained: "His friends think it's a terrible idea and are advising him not to give Kim the ring. Because it's a gift, it would be difficult for Kanye to ask for it back if they ever split up."

She showed off her slender legs in a black and white swimming costume, but of course was ordered to wear a chunky life jacket before taking part.
