We went to Saks Fifth Avenue and bought Lamer Skin Products for my wife.

What was it about cosmetic surgery that enticed you?
The dramatic change in not only the appearance of the patient but also the immediate mood change.
How receptive are our women to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery?
In North America very highly receptive, in Jamaica it is just becoming of age and the differences between North America and here is that women there will show and tell, as against here where it is hush-hush.
What's the most requested procedure?
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction and breast lift or breast augmentation.
Why do you think this is?
There is a concept in the States called mummy make-over, in which women who have finished having children are now ready to spend time on themselves and rebuild their bodies.
Are we in line with the North American woman?
Speaking with some of the women I have met I have to say NO; we are getting there but not there yet.
What do you reckon will be the most requested procedure here in Jamaica for 2013?
How difficult is it to get an appointment?
Not difficult at all.

When and where was your last big laugh?
Sunday, driving back from Montego Bay to Kingston with my wife and in-laws and just reminiscing on old times.
